Guide for authors in The Journal of Greater Khorasan Handicrafts:
We express our deep gratitude and appreciation to you, the esteemed and knowledgeable researcher, for submitting an article to the Research Journal of Greater Khorasan. Please pay attention to the following before submitting your article:
In the Research Journal of Greater Khorasan Handicrafts, scientific articles consisting of "research articles," "review articles," and "case studies" within the framework of the journal's themes are accepted, evaluated, and published. The selected topics and titles of the articles should be original, innovative, free from bias and generalizations, and by presenting reasoned arguments, contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the journal's thematic areas.
I) The reasons for "non-approval" of an article before submission for review are:
- Lack of alignment of the article's topic with the journal's themes.
- Translated articles, short articles, opinions, and scientific notes.
- Lack of a scientific structure and reliance on collection, description, or use of purely narrative or reportorial methods in the article content.
- Repetition of the content of the article.
- Failure to comply with the guidelines mentioned in the author's guide.
- Failure to upload any of the files mentioned in the author's guide.
- Failure to adhere to the minimum percentage of similarity in the uploaded "text authenticity certificate" (maximum 15%).

· Log in to the system with the role of "Author."
· After logging in, upload the article as a Word file of the "Main Text" type, which includes the complete text of the article along with all necessary information.
· Upload a Word file of the "Main Text" type with the name "English Title of the Article," without the author's name or the journal's title.
· Upload the "Declaration Form," "Conflict of Interest Form," "Author Details Form," and "Text Originality Certificate" with their respective names.

Otherwise, the article will be placed in the "Incomplete Articles" section and will not be visible in the expert's dashboard for initial review. This means the article has not been sent for review.
Initial Review or Expert Summary:
After submission, the article will first be sent to the journal's expert for an "initial review" to verify the correctness of the uploaded files, compliance with the journal's accepted format and structure, and adherence to minimum editing standards.
Very Important Note:
An article is submitted only once with a specific tracking code for the journal. Therefore, the corresponding author is expected not to submit the revised and corrected article as a new article with a separate tracking code after receiving the reviewers' comments. This is because the records are accessible with the original tracking code, while the revised article will be treated as a new submission and go through the initial review stage again. Note that the article file should not be sent via email to the expert or the editor-in-chief.
