It is recommended that writing be based on the following four criteria:

* Significant contribution to the idea or design of the article. Collecting, analyzing, or interpreting data for the article;

* Drafting the article or critically reviewing it for important intellectual content.

* Final approval of the version to be published.

* Accepting responsibility for the published work from all aspects, ensuring that any doubts regarding the accuracy and validity or correctness of any part of the work are appropriately investigated and resolved.

In each article, there is only one responsible author. Any further contributions (for example, equal contributions) should be included in the acknowledgments section at the end of the article.

In addition to the responsibility for the sections of the work carried out by the authors, an author must be able to identify which parts of the work other authors are responsible for. All individuals identified as authors must meet all four authorship criteria, and all individuals who meet these four criteria must be identified as authors of the work. Merely participating in budget acquisition, data collection, technical and writing assistance, and overall supervision of the research group does not imply authorship. The names of individuals who do not meet these four criteria should be mentioned in the "acknowledgments" section

III) Conflicts of Interest:

In the context of publishing scientific articles, conflict of interest means that the author or authors, reviewers, and even the journal editor have personal or financial relationships that may unfairly influence their decision-making towards publishing an influential article.

Conflict of interest arises when professional judgment regarding primary interests (research integrity) is influenced by secondary interests. There is nothing unethical about conflicting interests, but they must be clearly disclosed. All authors must declare any conflicts of interest in their cover letter and in the "Conflicts of Interest" section when submitting. When authors have no conflicts of interest, it should be stated as follows: "The author or authors declare that they have no conflicts of interest regarding the writing and publication of this article." An editor may request further information regarding conflicts of interest.

The research policy of Greater Khorasan Handicrafts requires that none of the journal's stakeholders have financial relationships with the authors. Editors and reviewers are also required to disclose any conflicts of interest, and if a conflict of interest exists, they will be removed from the review process.

Disclosure of all conflicts of interest is necessary for a transparent report of the research. Failure to disclose conflicts of interest can lead to immediate rejection of an article. Conflicts of interest can be financial, non-financial, professional, or personal. Conflicts of interest can arise in relation to an organization or an individual.

VII) Policies of Correction and Retractions

In order to maintain the integrity of scientific and academic records, sometimes a journal may be forced to publish a correction or retract a published article. According to the norms agreed upon by the academic community, this is usually done by publishing a "correction" or "retraction" without making any changes to the original article, and only by publishing a new article that highlights the correction or retraction. The original article remains in the public domain and typically should be indexed in the next Erratum or Retraction. In exceptional cases where the content of the article cannot be corrected, we may have to remove the content from our website and archive sites. It may be necessary for the original author(s) to make minor corrections to published articles by expressing their opinion on the published article. It will only be acceptable if the corrections do not affect the results or conclusions of the article.

All corrections made to the published article in the journal will be made with the permission of the journal's editor-in-chief. Editors will decide on the extent of the corrections. Minor corrections will be made directly in the original article.

Erratum

Changes that have occurred for any reason during the review, printing, and publication process of an article, which the authors have not noticed and affect the meaning and results of the article, but do not invalidate the whole article. In this case, with the approval of the editor, it should be corrected by publishing an Erratum that is linked to the original article. The original article will not be removed from the online journal, but a notice will be given. Erratum is freely available to all readers.

Corrigenda

Corrigenda is a statement about an error and mistake made by the authors of the article, which the reviewers and editors have not noticed. To publish a corrigendum, all authors of the article must sign it, and this corrigendum must be approved by the journal's editor-in-chief. The corrigendum is attached to the original article.

Addendum

Addenda do not contradict the original article, but if the author has inadvertently omitted significant information, it can be published as an addendum. Addenda may be evaluated by reviewers based on the journal's policy and are usually published under the supervision of the journal's editor. Addenda related to the content of the article are rarely published and only when the editor decides that this addendum is very important for the reader's understanding of a significant part of the published article. Addenda are linked to the original article they relate to.

Editorial Expression of Concern

Editorial Expression of Concern indicates the concerns and worries of the journal regarding the published article.

Retraction

Retraction is a statement that a paper cannot be considered as part of the scientific content. This happens when either the author(s) realize the presence of a significant scientific error in the article, or the publisher and journal editor conclude that part of the findings and evidence, whether due to non-compliance with research ethics or an unintentional mistake, are no longer reliable and credible. Retraction is done in the following cases:

- Findings have been previously published elsewhere without citation, permission, or appropriate justification.

- There is literary theft involved.

- If the findings are related to unethical research.

To maintain the integrity of the journal's history and archive, the retracted article will not be removed from the journal's website, but a retraction notice will be given and it will be freely available to all readers, with a link provided to the retracted article.
